Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our technology-driven organization that serves the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors while driving new business opportunities and managing multiple key accounts across a defined region.
Key Responsibilties
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the assigned region.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional business growth.
Required Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Businees (Pharma Sales)
- Proven track record in pharma sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience specifically in key account management within the pharma sector
- B.Sc/ B. Pharma or a related field.
