Job Title: Key Accounts Manager 

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (work from office)

● A Video KYC onboarding solution leveraged with ML and AI techniques.

● A digital stamping & franking product for real-time online stamp duty payment.

● An eSign workflow solution offering both Aadhaar eSign & digital signatures.

● An eMandate product to automate recurring payments through eNACH which also supports Aadhaar eSign-based mandates.

● A Smart contract lifecycle management via automated document creation, Online negotiation, paper-free execution & centralised storage

 About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the senior executive selling to the most strategic organizations. You will leverage existing relationships with CEOs, C-level executives, and mid-senior management. You will develop new relationships with business unit leaders and relevant IT/ technology stakeholders to understand their challenges. Subsequently, you will collaborate internally and provide tailored solutions to the customers. You will have the power of our solutions and the technical & domain knowledge of our people. You will help customers accelerate innovation in Banking and Financial Sector

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships - including on-site meetings with client stakeholders
  • Identify and scope growth opportunities within the account
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for a given account
  • Work within the organization and externally  to scope solutions and close deals
  • Ability to work with internal technical leads, product leads, and legal and Solution Consultants to define solutions & proposals
  • Ability to close contract discussions/negotiations
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • More than 4 years of account management experience in a customer-facing organization preferably B2B (SaaS/Industrial solution provider)

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in engaging with complex accounts in selling a broad portfolio of IT solutions at the C-level
  • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level
  • Conducting solutioning workshops
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Well-organized, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
