Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including contractors, institutional buyers, government departments, PSUs, PWD, and large infrastructure developers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and proactive support.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets in the waterproofing segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new key accounts.
  • Drive institutional and B2B sales growth across assigned territories.

Market Development & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Track market trends in construction chemicals and waterproofing products to recommend strategic actions.

Technical & Product Support

  • Provide technical guidance on waterproofing systems, adhesives, and construction chemical applications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and application training for clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and product development teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches within the assigned accounts.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, account performance updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project pipelines, and order status.
