Designation - Key Account Manager
JD :
1. Proactive and Self driven/ Motivated sales professional with leadership skills
2. Delivers budgeted sales volumes & revenues and exceeds expectations
3. Primarily responsible for managing, identifying, developing existing /new business opportunities in Key customers for paints, coatings, inks, adhesives industries.
4. Formulate and execute short- and long-term budget
5. Develop a relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders and critical decision makers in Sourcing, technical team and Senior Management at customer end
6. To handle all assigned customers
7. Maintain a deep understanding of customers operations, determine opportunities and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to the customer
8. Participation in Strategy making discussions, Product positioning, Pricings strategies for assigned customers/ territory
9. Efficiently handle any Customer complaints, trouble-shooting as & when required
10. Prepare Sales Forecast, Opportunity pipeline, Visit Plans, CRM updates, Daily activity reports
11. Conduct/ Organize technical presentations, seminars in coordination with HQ team
12. To work continuously on gathering Market information, Trends, Competition activities and discuss internally with Team
13. Handles a minimum of 25 customers
Experience: Min. 12+ years in sales, marketing associated with manufacturing or distribution companies selling/marketing raw materials for paints, coatings, inks application.
Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry preferably
