Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including contractors, institutional buyers, government departments, PSUs, PWD, and large infrastructure developers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and proactive support.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets in the waterproofing segment.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new key accounts.
- Drive institutional and B2B sales growth across assigned territories.
Market Development & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Track market trends in construction chemicals and waterproofing products to recommend strategic actions.
Technical & Product Support
- Provide technical guidance on waterproofing systems, adhesives, and construction chemical applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and application training for clients.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and product development teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches within the assigned accounts.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare periodic sales reports, account performance updates, and sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project pipelines, and order status.
