Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Executive – Brands Team (Retail)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned beauty and cosmetic brand partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution across Purplle retail stores.
  • Track and analyze sales, inventory, and brand performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Retail Operations, Buying, Marketing, Training, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability, promotions, and store-level execution.
  • Support new brand and product launches by managing listings, promotional activities, and ensuring seamless execution across retail stores.
  • Prepare regular business reports, MIS, and performance dashboards while proactively identifying opportunities to improve sales, stock availability, and overall brand performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile]

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Management, Category Management, or a similar role. Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant internships/projects are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas) and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
