Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to execute, review and promote the total MRF & Ecom sales & distribution activities for Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

KEY RESULT AREAS

ØPlan, Execute & Promote the MRF & Ecom business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

ØBuild the team in scope towards achieving the organization objective.

ØCreate the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility.

ØProduct management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)

ØSales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals).

ØBuild and deploy a consumer acquisition model.

ØMonitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.

ØReview & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.

ØDevelop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.

ØEnsure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.

ØBuild and deploy effective marketing plan and execution of BTL activities.

ØOrganize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints/feedback.

ØResponsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market.

ØEnsure timely supply of products with minimum leakages, damages & transit losses.

ØEnsure proper merchandising at MRF Stores.

ØEnsure the availability of all products / variants / SKU's in the respective MRF's & Ecom channels City / Town wise.

ØOptimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.

ØDaily, periodical MIS reports.

ØCo-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,

ØEffective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.

ØAny other work which was assigned from time to time.
