We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Operations Associate to manage end-to-end marketplace operations. The role primarily focuses on stock fulfillment, open purchase order monitoring, listing management, fill-rate optimization, inventory coordination, and receivables compliance. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational execution while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction across e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Stock Fulfillment Management
- Ensure timely fulfillment of stocks to partner fulfillment centers and other e-commerce warehouses.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability to prevent stock-outs.
- Assess and track Open Purchase Orders (OPOs) and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely closures.
- Maintain and improve marketplace Fill Rate in line with business targets.
- Operations & Listing Management
- Create, update, and optimize new product listings on partner channels.
- Ensure listings are accurate with correct product descriptions, images, keywords, and compliance requirements.
- Track listing health, suppression issues, and resolve catalog errors.
- Monitor Buy Box performance and content quality metrics.
- Inventory Coordination and Management
- Coordinate with partners for inventory reconciliation and stock planning.
- Oversee product optimization activities like Image updates and A+ content coordination.
- Ensure timely replenishment planning based on sales trends and forecast
- Sales Policies & E-commerce Compliance
- Formulate and implement effective sales policies and SOPs specific to e-commerce customers.
- Align pricing, discounting, and promotional structures as per marketplace strategy.
- Ensure compliance with policies and company guidelines.
- Receivables & Financial Compliance
- Monitor receivables and ensure collections are in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate with finance teams for reconciliation of payments, claims, and deductions.
- Track chargebacks, shortages, and dispute resolution.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular MIS reports on sales, inventory, fill rate, OPO status, and receivables.
- Analyze operational metrics and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
- Support forecasting and sales planning initiatives.
