Key Accounts Associate – OEM Customer Engagement

Location: Mysore

Department: Business Development

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Accounts Associate – OEM Customer Engagement to manage and strengthen relationships with our existing OEM customers.

The role is responsible for ensuring seamless customer engagement after business conversion by coordinating customer requirements, dispatch planning, payment follow-ups, business reviews, and internal execution. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between customer teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, strong account governance, and an exceptional customer experience.

Skills Required

* MBA with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities

* Structured follow-up and coordination mindset

* Ability to maintain trackers, documentation, and customer updates

* Basic understanding of business processes, order lifecycle, and customer management

* Strong ownership and execution orientation

* Comfortable working with Excel, presentations, and CRM/account tracking systems

* Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professional communication

Key Responsibilities

OEM Customer Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM customers

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Conduct periodic customer review meetings and business interactions

* Capture customer feedback, concerns, and opportunities

Customer Engagement & Account Governance

* Maintain customer interaction records and account trackers

* Monitor commitments, action items, and closure timelines

* Ensure proactive communication and customer responsiveness

* Support long-term customer satisfaction and retention

Dispatch & Business Coordination

* Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams

* Communicate dispatch schedules and delivery updates

* Track order execution and proactively identify risks

* Ensure customer commitments are met on time

Payment Tracking & Commercial Follow-ups

* Monitor receivables and customer payment status

* Coordinate with Finance on collection follow-ups

* Support commercial documentation and payment reconciliation

* Escalate collection risks where necessary

Cross-Functional Coordination

* Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, SCM, Finance, and Leadership teams

* Support customer review presentations and business updates

* Facilitate timely closure of customer requirements and concerns

Travel Requirements

This role requires regular travel to customer locations, manufacturing facilities, and business meetings across India as part of customer engagement, account management, and business coordination responsibilities.
