Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth within the fintech sector. This is a hunting and farming role — you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance Pine Labs market presence across digital commerce and financial services.
The Responsibilities We Entrust You With:
1.Revenue & Business Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales acquisition strategies to target new clients and drive YOY revenue by growing existing accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets
2.Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
3.Go-To-Market Strategy
- Design and execute GTM strategies aligned to Pine Labs fintech product offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
4.Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
What Matters in This Role:
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–6 years of sales acquisition experience, preferably in the fintech industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of fintech products and services
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- High ownership, bias for action, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
