Job Summary
SN Technology is seeking a driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager Sales to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The role involves driving revenue growth from existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-value technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand assigned key accounts to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
- Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable SN Technology solutions
- Own the complete sales cycle: requirement analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic performance reports
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 45 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales, preferably in IT/technology
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical offerings and convert them into business solutions
- Experience managing mid-sized to enterprise-level accounts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

- Experience in selling IT services, software, SaaS, or digital solutions
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations
