Sales Strategy Development - The Account Manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives for a large account. This involves building a strong account plan for the Strategic Account, defining sales pipeline build plan, Planning to achieve sales targets, Collections and developing pricing propositions that are competitive and sustainable.
Additionally, the Account Manager must track account trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust the sales strategy as needed to maximize revenue growth, come up with innovative contracting models for large clients. Plan engagements without RFPs and work on nomination basis with the client by showcasing value proposition.
Adoption & Building a strong account ecosystem The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for building a strong account system through a team of Sales, Solutioning,
Customer Success, Product professionals or a strategic account to achieve sales targets, stronger adoption of Tech and drive revenue growth. This involves deep collaboration skills across teams, clear roles & responsibilities, managing extended teams and building a strong ecosystem of professionals managing the client for higher revenue performance, best account management & good P&L through collections.
