Key Responsibilities:
A dynamic sales leader with 5+ years of experience in the lab devices / scientific equipment industry, capable of handling across assigned territory sales operations while actively driving field sales initiatives.
- Taking ownership of end-to-end sales operations across assigned territory
- Actively involved in field sales, meeting key clients, and closing high-value deals.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Handling key accounts, institutional clients, and government tenders across assigned territory.
- Managing distributors, channel partners, and dealer networks across assigned territory.
- Driving consistent revenue growth through team performance monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers.
