We're Young Hats — a full-service advertising and media agency built to take a brand from the first big idea all the way to the streets, screens, and shelves where people actually live.

We work across the entire spectrum: out-of-home and DOOH, BTL and on-ground activations, hyperlocal and RWA/society branding, transit and cinema, retail, events, radio, TV, print, and digital. That range means we don't just hand over a campaign — we plan it, produce it, place it, and run it on the ground, end to end.

We've crafted campaigns for some of the biggest names out there — Zomato, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Narayana Health, Reliance Retail, Manipal Group, LeverageEdu, Oxfam India, and many more.

And we don't just buy media — we built the platform that plans it. Young Hats runs its own proprietary AI media-planning platform, live at younghats.in. It pairs an interactive map with an AI planning assistant, so a media plan that used to take days of back-and-forth now comes together in a single workspace — search inventory across cities and formats, build the plan visually, and generate a client-ready proposal on the spot. Behind it sits a full operations layer that takes a campaign from proposal to on-ground execution without anything falling through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of the agency's full capabilities across media and creative
  • Drive new business by reaching out to brands; this role carries a revenue target.
  • Own campaign planning, presentation development, creative supervision, and execution across channels — ATL, BTL, OOH, and digital
  • Plan all engagements end to end, including goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
  • Prioritize projects and resources, manage the workflow process, and work across multiple accounts
  • Manage a team and run brands independently
  • Take part in research and fieldwork to surface real consumer insights
  • Identify market trends and opportunities, and recommend the right advertising and media tools to grow our clients businesses
  • Monitor live campaigns, propose proactive next steps to teams, and develop case studies for existing clients
  • Contribute to interactive strategy development alongside consulting team members and clients
  • Partner with planning teams on pitch presentations and map client requirements from a business perspective
  • Deliver customized business solutions through proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Service new and existing clients across project avenues — costing, creative, operations timeline planning, and production
  • Coordinate with the operations team to control and execute on-ground activations

Required Skills

  • Substantial experience across segments — ATL, BTL, OOH, and media — spanning business development, client servicing, and operations
  • Prior experience at an ad or media agency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong team coordination abilities
  • Leadership qualities
