Responsibilities
Spares management for all applications running at sites.
- Account Management
- Sales Growth
- Customer – relationship development
- Introduction of New products aligning to Solenis
- Resolving technical issues/ trouble shooting for issues on paper machines
- Coordination with site commercial team for orders/ payments
- Responsible for looking for and ensuring proper functioning of the Solenis equipment's on the sites
- Keeping view on competition's activities on site and ensuring the Solenis business is well guarded.
- Attend safety and development training courses, online or offline.
- People management
Manage approx. 25 technical support staff.
Qualifications & Experience
Industrial Experience - 10 to 15 years, must have knowledge of the Biocide & Pulp mill applications
- Bachelors degree Engineering / Masters degree
- Chemical background preferred
