Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts across the assigned region
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in pharma sales or key account management (14 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of healthcare market dynamics
Educational Qualifications (Mandatory):
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology
- B.Tech in Biotechnology or related field (preferred)
