Adept at managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, TataCliq, and D2C platforms. Strong in order/return flow, SLA adherence, analytics, and reporting. Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams, logistics partners, and drive operational efficiency with structured discipline.
