Job Description

TheKey Account Manager (KAM)will play a crucial role in managing and expanding strategic customer relationships across the European market. With the textile industry evolving through innovation, sustainability, and rising global demand, the KAM will drive business expansion, elevate customer experience, and strengthen the overall ecosystem. This role calls for a highenergy professional with a strong partnership mindset and a deep passion for driving growth, customer excellence, and longterm collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth-Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow business with key EU customers. Identify upselling, crossselling, and new revenue opportunities while actively exploring expansion avenues for mutual growth.

Customer Relationship Management-Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Europe customers. Serve as the main link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service.

Strategic Planning-Analyse EU market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to provide tailored solutions and insights that support business development and longterm growth.

Operational Excellence-Coordinate with supply chain, production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order execution. Maintain accurate account information and forecasts within CRM systems to support reliable operations.

Compliance & Reporting-Ensure adherence to EU regulations, sustainability requirements, and company standards. Prepare clear performance reports with insights that support informed decisionmaking.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Textile Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • 5+ years in key account management or international sales, preferably in the textile industry serving EU customers.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive measurable growth.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationshipbuilding capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate multicultural environments and complex customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
