Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Travel Requirement: 100% travel ( South )

About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to drive adoption and optimize the usage of our deployed medical devices across key healthcare accounts. This role is crucial in improving device utilization, increasing ECG volumes, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, account management, customer relationship management, or biomedical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring smooth operations and high adoption of deployed devices.
  • Device Utilization & Optimization: Monitor usage metrics and implement strategies to improve adoption rates and increase ECG volumes.
  • Revenue Growth: Work towards increasing ECG volumes to drive monthly revenue growth from existing deployments.
  • Expansion & Deployment: Support phased expansion of devices at key healthcare accounts by ensuring optimal utilization of current installations.
  • On-Site Visits & Client Engagement: Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals and diagnostic centers to address concerns, train staff, and enhance device usage.
  • Large Account Management: Assist in managing strategic accounts, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & ROI: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work towards achieving a strong return on investment (ROI) for client visits and engagement activities.

Key Requirements

  • ITI/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or sales in the healthcare/medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical devices, ECG technology, and hospital workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and administrators.
  • Ability to analyze data, track usage metrics, and implement process improvements.
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time for client visits.
