Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 key accounts; drive revenue retention and growth
• Cross-sell air, ocean, surface, and customs services
• Negotiate rate contracts, SLAs, and annual agreements
• Coordinate with CHA team for clearances and compliance
• Conduct QBRs and manage escalations proactively
• Maintain CRM pipeline and submit revenue forecasts

Requirements

• 6–9 years in freight forwarding / CHA, with 3+ years in key accounts
• Strong EXIM, customs, and documentation knowledge
• Proven track record managing Client Accounts
• Graduate in logistics / commerce; MBA preferred
