Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing and building strong relationships with key accounts, developing and executing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strategic account planning, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous support and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts handling to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to identify opportunities and drive strategic growth.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and address needs or concerns effectively.
  • Any prior experience in IT solutions or technology-related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within teams and with clients.
