Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute business development initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Generate new leads through calls, references, bids, and other channels to create sales opportunities.
  • Handle business proposals, track existing POs, and manage invoices.
  • Communicate with prospective clients, conduct follow-ups, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, sample demo reports, and certificates to clients as required.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and meeting client business needs.
  • Contribute to the formulation of business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate relevant reports for the Sales/Marketing Department.
  • Provide management with regular updates on all business development activities and leads.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Acquire new business by expanding existing accounts and opening new large accounts.
