National Key Account Manager - E-commerce

We're looking for a dynamic National Key Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in Pune. In this high-impact role, you'll manage and nurture key national accounts on major e-commerce platforms, ensuring exceptional performance, revenue growth, and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key national accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive sales growth, revenue, market share, and overall client success
  • Deeply understand client objectives, challenges, and needs delivering customized solutions and proactive recommendations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights through regular reports and reviews
  • Oversee product catalogue management, pricing strategies, promotions, and listing optimization across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, product) to ensure seamless execution and resolve any fulfilment or operational issues
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product introductions to maximize client value
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and industry best practices sharing valuable insights with clients
  • Handle problem-solving and conflict resolution swiftly to protect and strengthen client relationships

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, e-commerce operations, or client servicing
  • Strong preference for hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)
  • Proven track record in sales performance analysis, reporting, and using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media, email campaigns)
