Job Summary: -

Job Title: Senior IT Sales Expert professionals - Staff Augmentation (Indian BFSI clients)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:-

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for IT staff augmentation services across existing and new GCC clients.
  • Target C-level executives, HR, Procurement, and IT leaders within global enterprises and GCCs.
  • Build a strong qualified pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in assigned regions (US, Europe, APAC).
  • Forecast and report sales performance metrics to leadership.

Account Management:

  • Expand and nurture client relationships through cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and understanding of client needs.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with delivery, recruitment, and solution teams to present tailored proposals to clients.
  • Partner with marketing teams to run campaigns, webinars, and events targeting the GCC community.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal development, pricing, client presentations, and negotiations to close.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on IT staffing trends, GCC expansion trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide strategic inputs to refine service offerings and go-to-market approaches.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in IT Staff Augmentation or IT Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of GCC models, operations, and client dynamics.
  • Deep network across Technology leaders, HR, and Procurement heads in global organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in international markets - North America, Europe, and/or APAC preferred.
  • Results-driven, with a consultative and relationship-first selling approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
