Key Account Manager - Speciality Additives

Position: Key Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager with direct exposure to the wire & cable industry, specifically handling products related to cable compounds, additives, and specialty chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process and key customer relationships

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and target accounts

• Work closely with internal functional teams for smooth execution and customer support

• Coordinate and interact with overseas principals for technical and commercial discussions, information sharing, and knowledge exchange

• Drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Direct experience in the wire & cable industry is mandatory

• Strong exposure to sales/business development of Additives, cable compounds and related products

• Good communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to coordinate with international stakeholders/principals

• Experience: Up to 10 years in a similar business/profile
