Ideal Profile:

• Experience in SME Sales, Banking, Insurance, NBFC, BFSI, or KAM roles (Group Business/Lending Business)
• Strong network among business owners and SMEs
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management
• Previous experience in HDFC Bank (Business Banking / SME), ICICI Bank (SME / Business Banking), Axis Bank (Business Banking), Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Capital, SME-focused Insurance & Financial Services organizations

Key Hiring Focus: Candidates experienced in acquiring SME customers, engaging business owners, and driving revenue through consultative sales.

Role Objective:

Drive business growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with SMEs and business owners through consultative selling. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and providing customized insurance solutions tailored to the protection and financial needs of SME customers.

Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of taxation and business laws.
• Excellent consultative selling and business development skills.
• Experience in managing and growing SME/business-owner relationships is preferred.
