Key Responsibilities

Inform and educate potential customers about the benefits of stem cell banking
Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling of prospects to fix appointments
Give presentations to clients and enroll them through face-to-face or e-meet sessions
Ensure appropriate and complete service to clients from enrollment to delivery
Provide timely services, ensuring high-quality customer servicing
Handle customer-related enquiries and ensure effective resolution
