About Role :
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success.
You will work closely with enterprise clients, understand their business needs, and help them leverage Mple.ai's solutions to achieve their training and sales enablement goals.
Key Responsibility :
Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Ability to understand customer pain points and provide consultative solutions.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Basic understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
