Role & responsibilities:
Key Accounts Manager- Quick Commerce/ Ecommerce/ Marketplace
- Develop and execute the marketplace strategy for the Safari brand on Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra/Others.
- Manage day-to-day operations on the assigned platform, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimized.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build strong relationships with the platform's key account managers and stakeholders.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions for product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of the marketplace strategy.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Safari brand on the assigned platform.
Qualifications:
- MBA in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably in the luggage or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra/Quick Commerce platform and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
