Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key Accounts Manager- Quick Commerce/ Ecommerce/ Marketplace

  • Develop and execute the marketplace strategy for the Safari brand on Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra/Others.
  • Manage day-to-day operations on the assigned platform, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimized.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build strong relationships with the platform's key account managers and stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions for product enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of the marketplace strategy.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Safari brand on the assigned platform.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably in the luggage or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra/Quick Commerce platform and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
