The Role
We are looking for a
Key Account Manager to own and grow some of our most strategic industrial customer relationships. You will be the face of Ripik for marquee enterprise accounts — driving revenue, expanding footprint within existing customers, and bringing in new logos across heavy industry.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who has sold into manufacturing, metals, oil & gas, or PSU accounts and knows how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You will work closely with leadership, product, and customer success to turn pilots into long-term, multi-site deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue. Develop and execute sales strategies that grow the business and consistently hit revenue targets.
- Own key accounts. Manage strategic client accounts end-to-end — from first conversation to renewal and expansion.
- Cross-functional execution. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Grow the book. Identify new business opportunities and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximise account potential.
- Be the trusted advisor. Build credibility with plant heads, CXOs, and digital transformation leaders by understanding their operations and shaping the Ripik solution to their priorities.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial accounts in Metals, Oil & Gas, PSU, Automobile, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — able to hold the room with both plant teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- Technical background or prior B2B SaaS account management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success handling large enterprise or manufacturing accounts in the sectors above, including multi-stakeholder, multi-site deals.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and plants as needed.
