Job Title: Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce  

Location: Pune  

About the role  

We are hiring a high-ownership Quick Commerce Key Account Manager to drive growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Build and manage relationships with category/account managers  

•⁠ ⁠Drive growth strategy across assortment, pricing, promos, and visibility  

•⁠ ⁠Plan and optimize platform ad campaigns for profitable scale  

•⁠ ⁠Own monthly/quarterly business planning and review cadence  

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with operations to improve in-stock and fill-rate  

•⁠ ⁠Deliver strong execution during events and high-demand windows

Must-Have Criteria

•⁠ ⁠Direct hands-on Quick Commerce account ownership  

•⁠ ⁠Managed at least ₹70L+ monthly GMV  

•⁠ ⁠Delivered 2-3x monthly run-rate growth within 6–12 months  

•⁠ ⁠Strong ad campaign management + performance optimization skills  

•⁠ ⁠Data-driven, fast executor, high accountability mindset
