Job Title: Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce

Location: Pune

About the role

We are hiring a high-ownership Quick Commerce Key Account Manager to drive growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with category/account managers

• Drive growth strategy across assortment, pricing, promos, and visibility

• Plan and optimize platform ad campaigns for profitable scale

• Own monthly/quarterly business planning and review cadence

• Coordinate with operations to improve in-stock and fill-rate

• Deliver strong execution during events and high-demand windows

Must-Have Criteria

• Direct hands-on Quick Commerce account ownership

• Managed at least 70L+ monthly GMV

• Delivered 2-3x monthly run-rate growth within 6–12 months

• Strong ad campaign management + performance optimization skills

• Data-driven, fast executor, high accountability mindset
