Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager position located in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will oversee and strengthen relationships with key clients, monitor account performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, analyzing customer needs to optimize solutions, troubleshooting issues promptly, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts to drive successful client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Proven ability in Business Planning to strategize and optimize customer growth and retention.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for account management.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in B2B sales or key account management is a plus.
