Job Description

Reporting to the Director - Partnerships, you will manage key partnerships across all aspects of onboarding, training, activation and monthly business target achievement. You will convince distribution entities on how Credilio's platform enhances their ability to offer multiple products across the customer lifecycle thereby improving customer/sub broker/agent retention while also increasing the overall revenue earnings.

Responsibilities

  • P&L responsibility of the business, Relationship Management and Revenue Growth
  • Prospect and onboard new distribution partners
  • Collaborate actively with Product, Finance and Training teams to ensure complete product adoption by partners
  • Report key metrics and provide guidance (both internal and external) on best practices to drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities that enhance Credilio's platform relevance for the partners and innovate along with theproduct team.
  • Set up systems, processes and controls to help build a robust and scalable business

Qualifications

  • Graduates/Masters with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Self motivated and sorted individuals with ability to get hands on where required
  • Prior experience of handling Insurance Brokers/Corporate Agents/IMF/Distribution Partners/Fintech Platforms in a leading Insurer/AMC/NBFC/Bank
  • A strong track record of building partnership business
  • Exposure to Digital processes and working with digital partners will be a clear advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
