Your mission will be to serve as the primary bridge between our platform and our top-tier creators, ensuring their long-term success, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Manage and scale a high-value portfolio of creators, influencers, and talent agencies.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute tailored growth roadmaps for creators, helping them optimize their content for better engagement and conversion.
- Revenue Generation: Drive GMV and brand deal opportunities for your assigned accounts through data-driven insights.
- Relationship Excellence: Act as a trusted advisor to creators, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring they are leveraging our platform's full suite of tools.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy to provide actionable feedback to our Product and Marketing teams.
Who You Are (Requirements)- The Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, specifically within Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Social Commerce.
