- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and ensure those needs are met effectively.
- Provide regular reports and insights on account performance and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle and resolve any client issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
- Increase customer engagement through consistent communication and proactive support.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell OmniCard products to existing customers.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics regularly and take appropriate action to address any gaps or declines in engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of OmniCard's offerings to effectively align solutions with client needs.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to account management.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Support contract renewals and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize retention.
