- Proven experience as a KAM or sales professional in B2B industrial markets
- Strong exposure to OEMs in General Industry (Machinery/ Pulp/ Paper/ Gearbox/ FMCG/ Mining/ Equipment etc)
- Ability to sell technical solutions and value, not just products
- Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with a structured, strategic mindset
