- s a KAM at Flipkart handling electronics, ORManaging
- a similar role in a D2C brand in categories like beauty or personal care
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sell-In and Sell-Out across all marketplaces including Amazon.in, Flipkart, Cred, Meesho, and quick commerce platforms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of KAMs to achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP), tracking monthly and annual sales goals.
- Act as the face of the company for channel partners, managing relationships and growth.
- Lead a team of Performance Advertising Specialists to strategize and drive ads for sell-out initiatives.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Keep partners informed about new products, schemes, and promotions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong people management abilities
Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Solid experience in data analytics and reporting
