As the Key Account Manager for Partnership, Growth, and Sales, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales revenue. You will be a crucial link between our organisation and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess client needs and provide solutions.

 Partnership Development:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with key clients to enhance mutual growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring they align with the company's goals.

Sales Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts to maximise sales.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. 

Account Planning:

  • Develop account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans.
  • Monitor and track account performance against set goals and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team. 

Customer Advocacy:

  • Act as a customer advocate within the organisation, ensuring that client feedback and needs are considered in product development and service improvements.
  • Resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in key account management, partnership development, and sales within banking, insurance, finance industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
