Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryThe Key Account Manager – Digital Growth & HRM is a pivotal hybrid role responsible for the entire student/client acquisition lifecycle. You will act as the Strategy Builder for our digital presence—planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Once leads are generated, you will lead the high-value Key Account conversion process, providing personalized career counselling and managing enrolment targets. This role requires a sophisticated blend of technical digital marketing expertise and senior-level relationship management.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Design and lead multi-channel digital strategies across Google Ads (PPC/SEM), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to build a consistent lead pipeline.
  • Content & Social Media: Manage the organization's online reputation and social presence. Oversee content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive organic engagement.
  • SEO & Web Optimization: Collaborate with technical teams to optimize landing pages and website content for better search engine rankings and user conversion rates.
  • ROI Management: Monitor marketing budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • 2. Strategic Account & Lead Management
    • High-Value Conversions: Act as the primary point of leadership for top-tier prospects, managing their journey from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
    • Consultative Counselling: Provide in-depth career guidance to prospective candidates, aligning their goals with our training programs and career outcomes.
    • Target Ownership: Take full responsibility for monthly and quarterly enrolment targets, ensuring a healthy conversion rate from digital leads.


  • 3. CRM Governance & Data Analytics
    • System Integrity: Maintain expert-level oversight of CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to track prospect interactions and follow-up status.
    • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for leadership on pipeline health, lead attribution, and conversion bottlenecks using data-driven insights.


  • 4. Campus Outreach & External Relations
    • Institutional Partnerships: Lead institutional outreach by building relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and college administrators in the Raipur region.
    • Public Speaking: Represent the organization at seminars, educational fairs, and campus drives through professional presentations and counselling sessions


  • 5. Required Skills & Experience
    • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing Management and/or Strategic Sales (preferably in EdTech or Training institutes).
    • Digital Tools: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and email automation tools.
    • Sales Mastery: Proven track record in negotiation, consultative selling, and high-volume lead management.
    • Leadership: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives between marketing and sales teams.
  • 6. Preferred Qualifications
    • Academic: MBA in Marketing or a related field; specialized Digital Marketing certifications are a significant advantage.
    • Local Insight: Strong existing network within Raipur's educational or corporate sectors
