Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee client relationships, managing and nurturing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Responsibilities include strategic business planning, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and resolving client issues to maintain exceptional service. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and exceed revenue targets, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling experience
  • Proven proficiency in Business Planning and strategy execution
  • Exceptional Customer Service and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess performance and identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the fintech or payments industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
