Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and implement ads and discounting strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all metrics are maintained required for order growth
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and market trends.
- Frequent visits to outlets to solve operational challenges at partners outlets.
- Strategic planning and basic level data forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
