Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Mumbai, Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility, requires a dedicated Key Account Manager. The responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, overseeing business planning strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Account Management and Key Account handling
• Proficient in Business Planning and Analytical Skills for developing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a commitment to understanding client needs and fostering long-term relationships
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Proven experience in the electric vehicle or commercial transportation sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
