Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the Modern Trade Lead on developing the current business and on-boarding new Modern Trade accounts; thereby aligning to the company objective
• Responsible for achieving the monthly & yearly targets for the Modern Trade accounts
• Should be able to handle the sales via (I) the Distributors & (II) directly from Company CFAs to 1. Modern Trade accounts like Apollo pharmacy, Wellness forever, Reliance Retail, Dmart, Spar, ABRL etc.

2. And to Cash and Carry accounts like Walmart (Flipkart)

• Negotiation & generation of POs from purchase managers & buyers.
• Coordinate with Distribution team for smooth availability of stocks basis forecast & Servicing of POs with 100% Fill rate
• Managing & Listing of new SKUs in Key Accounts start to end operations.
• Following up with commercial managers of MT account for reconciliation.
• Analysis & studying the competition products

Educational Qualification: Any graduate, Good to have: MBA (Marketing)

Experience:4 to 9 years of modern trade experience

Therapy/Department: Consumer health care Modern trade team

Industry Preference: Pharma, healthcare, FMCG
