Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our
portfolio of premium clients and agency partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in
driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and strengthening client relationships
across integrated media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and agency partners
Drive repeat business through strategic account management and upselling opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns across outdoor, activation, and phygital
platforms
Understand client objectives and translate them into effective media solutions
Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Key Requirements
Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales (preferably in
media/advertising industry)
Strong understanding of outdoor advertising, brand activations, or digital media
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with media agencies or brand clients
Exposure to integrated campaigns (offline + digital / phygital)
Knowledge of performance-driven marketing strategies
