Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts by building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client objectives and our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise / GCC accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and products
  • Drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term contracts
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for assigned accounts

Client Engagement & Delivery Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact for key clients
  • Work closely with delivery, product, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently met
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues proactively

Strategic Planning

  • Create and execute account plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Understand client business, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Propose strategic solutions aligned with client growth and transformation goals

Reporting & Governance

  • Track account performance, forecasts, and pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on account health and opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 510 years of experience in Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales
  • Strong experience managing large IT services or SaaS accounts
  • Proven ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of IT services, GCC models, digital transformation, or enterprise software
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling India, Middle East, or Global clients
  • Exposure to GCC setup, staffing, managed services, or enterprise platforms
  • Background in IT services, product companies, or consulting firms
