Role Description

The Key Account Manager - Medical Devices is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing key customer accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships, creating and executing business plans, and analyzing account needs to ensure exceptional service delivery. The Key Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and drive growth within their area of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Account Management and Key Accounts strategy execution
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Business Planning and strategic initiative implementation
  • Excellent Customer Service skills focused on client satisfaction and retention
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry or related healthcare sector is an advantage
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships
