We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in India. This role involves managing relationships with our key clients, driving growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-9 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
