We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and manage strategic e-commerce accounts end-to-end. This role will be responsible for driving business growth across select premium online retail platforms, with the potential to expand account responsibility basis performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned platform partners — build and maintain strong working relationships with counterparts across categories and business teams
  • Drive topline growth through joint business planning, promotional calendars, and platform-specific activations
  • Negotiate and manage discount structures, deals, and commercial terms in alignment with brand and margin guidelines
  • Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives on platform sponsored listings, banner campaigns, and visibility drives
  • Coordinate with internal supply chain teams to ensure healthy inventory levels, timely replenishment, and minimal stockouts or returns
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reconciliation, timely payouts, and resolution of commercial disputes
