Job Purpose:To drive business growth and brand visibility for the Beauty category across key online marketplaces (e.g., Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, etc.). The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with marketplace partners, optimizing product listings, executing brand campaigns, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business operations for beauty category across key e-commerce marketplaces.
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities to expand brand presence.
- Build strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and key stakeholders at partner platforms.
- Own the sales performance and profitability of assigned marketplace accounts.
- Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends to drive informed decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:- Education: MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care categories.
