Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Key Account Manager to support our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities across multiple e-commerce platforms, optimizing product visibility, managing inventory, and supporting overall growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Managing product listings, pricing, and content across major marketplaces ( Flipkart, 1mg, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart etc.).

2. Coordinate with external/ internal teams for inventory planning (FBA, dark stores), order fulfillment, and logistics.

3. Track and report on sales performance, stock levels, and marketplace trends.

4. Hands on experience in setting up promotional campaigns, offers, and ad spends on digital platforms.

5. Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews; coordinate with KAM for resolutions.

6. Develop and execute growth strategies across marketplaces

7. Ads budget optimization efforts across Amazon and other marketplaces to maximize ROAS, ACOS, TCOS.

8. Assist the manager in Identifying, evaluate, and onboard new marketplaces to expand brand reach.

9. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketplace growth strategies under the guidance of the manager.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

2. Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and generate performance insights.

5. Self-motivated with a focus on execution and problem-solving.
